Ticket includes a Makers Table x Lawn Pavilion set menu:
- Wood-fired Tennessee cornbread served alongside the meat trio
accompanied by a selection of sauces, mustards, pickles and slaw.
- Smashed baby jacket potatoes
- Old school Mac & Cheese
- Charred spring onion slaw with Bajou remoulade dressing.
- Homemade sweet-mustard pickle

Texan Meat Trio comprised of:
- 6-hour smoked Pork Ribs with smokehouse dry rub.
- Salt and pepper Beef Brisket, cooked low and slow for up to 16 hours.
- Smoked Sausage made from a blend of herbs, spices and premium meat cuts, cold-smoked over Oakwood.

Ticket also includes a refreshing Johnnie walker welcome cocktail. A selection of Johnnie Walker cocktails and other beverages will be available at the cash bar for you to indulge in, with an option to lounge by the café, arbours or take a stroll through the park.
