“Satyagraha according to Gandhi is the exercise of the purest force against all injustice, oppression and exploitation. It stressed on the principle of truth, non-violence, tolerance and peaceful protests. Satyagraha is an inherent birthright of a person. It is not merely a sacred right but it can also be a sacred duty."
Join us at 8am for a beautiful day at NIROX Sculpture Park as we immerse ourselves in nature and reconnect to ourselves and others.
The morning will begin with a 8.30am talk by Fabrice Dabouineau from Satyagraha House and an 8.45am yoga session on the lawn with Sally Flanagan, owner of Yoga Experience, followed by a delicious breakfast and selection of juices by Baba G. Sankritist and philosopher Juan Arnau will be facilitating a talk on ‘The Bhagavadgita and the Truth’ in the middle of the morning - courtesy of the Spanish Embassy - followed by a tour of the sculpture garden.
A mindfulness session, facilitated by Nuno Aguirre de Cárcer, will precede lunch and a 01h30pm sound journey with the sonic sage Pops Mohamed and his collection of indigenous instruments.
Lunch will be on offer from Baba G at the NIROX Pavilion.
