17:00 Optional curator- led walkabout through the park.
18:00 Welcome Cava at the “And then…” garden

- Smoked Gilda
- Ibérico ham croquets
- Garlic prawns(gambas al ajillo) cooked on the grill with chips and fried egg
- Cured yellowtail, grated tomato, lemon and extra virgin olive oil
- Steamed mussels served with tomato, parsley, capers vinagrette
Veggies:
- Grilled snow peas and green peas with Ibérico ham.
- Cold, roasted pumpkin, ricotta, citrus, fresh thyme and oregano.
Fish
- Grilled tuna with peppercorn sauce
Meat
- Grilled Rib eye on the bone(chuleta)
- Side dishes (roasted peppers, lettuce, baked potato)
Desserts
- Chocolate, extra virgin olive oil and Salt
- Coffee flan
