Following the success of ‘Don Giovanni’ in 2017, Brooklyn Theatre returns to the outdoor amphitheatre of NIROX Sculpture Park to present ‘The Magic Flute’ in the Cradle of Humankind.
It follows the adventures of Prince Tamino and the bird-catcher Papageno on their quest to rescue Pamina. To assist their mission, they are given musical instruments enhanced with magical powers, which they deploy to conquer the trials and tribulations placed in their path towards a deeper understanding of true love and happiness.
The opera will commence at 4pm but guests are welcome to arrive at the Sculpture Park from 12pm to take lunch accompanied by musical performances on the lawns amongst the waterways and arbors populated with monumental contemporary sculptures.
Cuisine curated by the Epicurean Emporium – a collective of high-end food traders who are the mainstay of NIROX's well established concert programme.
A new-look Bernie’s Bar will be offering a variety of beverages and refreshments throughout the day.
CALEO Wealth Management is the ongoing sponsor of the NIROX concert program.
